v2 : add gign,sas,gsg9 and urban 4 folders, for client-side local playing ct_model.
Note: when you playing CS in local client-side, make sure your listenserver.cfg have set "mp_consistency 0" for the teletubbies models work well.

Bighug!! We all love Teletubbies.
Now they support both side CT and Terrorist forces
but only one team is teletubbies at same time.
Just setting by "teletubbies_team" CVAR.
Request AmxModx and Metamod installed.
Or another way is just rename the teletubbies model's name to CS original player model's name.
Exp.
...\cstrike\models\player\tinkywinky\tinkywinky.mdl --->rename---> gign.mdl
...\cstrike\models\player\tinkywinky\tinkywinkyT.mdl --->rename---> gignT.mdl
Then put these mdl files(gign.mdl, gignT.mdl) into gign folder, under the player folder in models folder.
